GENERAL INFORMATION

A: To efficiently return any products to us, have your Order Number and individual Item Numbers ready. This information can be found on your packing slip or order confirmation email. Then, contact us at:

A: You can find a copy of an invoice online in a few simple steps:

  • ● Log in using your username and password
  • ● Once logged in, click Order History from the menu at the top-left
  • ● Use the search box or scroll through the list to find the order you would like the invoice for. To search, use the order number, order confirmation number or the PO# as reference
  • ● Select the order by clicking the Order Details button
  • ● From the Order Details page, click the View Invoice link found under in the Invoices section on the right

A: To obtain a quote or pricing outside of your online account, contact your Acklands-Grainger Account Representative or Customer Care. Have your account number, shipping address or company name ready.

A: Locate the Acklands-Grainger branch nearest you by using the online tool. This can be found on the header throughout our site.


SIGNING IN

A: Registering to order online is fast and easy whether you already have an Acklands-Grainger account or prefer to make purchases using a credit card.

Account Holders

Register online to gain access to your business account. Click the Register link found on our home page. Lookup your account using the account number, a packing slip number or an invoice number as reference. Follow the online registration prompts. Once registered, you will receive an email confirming your access.

Non-Account Holders

You can register online without an Acklands-Grainger account, and use your credit card for purchases. Click the Register link found on our home page. Follow the registration prompts. Once registered, you can make purchases immediately.

A: If you're an account Administrator, you can pre-register a user within the User Management section, which sends them an invite to complete their online profile. If you don't have the access to add a user to the account yourself, you can find an Administrator to do the set-up or have the new user self-register with the pertinent details of your account by using the Register link on the home page.


ORDERING

A: On acklandsgrainger.com you can place an order with or without an Acklands-Grainger account. Simply find the product through our online search, add it to your cart and checkout using your preferred method. The Guest Checkout process allows you to complete your order using a major credit card without having to register.
A: If you need to cancel or change items on an order that has already been submitted, contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. Be sure to have your order confirmation number and the specific item numbers ready as reference.

ORDER STATUS

A: Some orders do take a few minutes to process, but no need to worry, if you received an on-screen confirmation that your order was placed, we have it and will send a confirmation shortly. If you don't receive one within 2 business hours, please contact our Customer Care Team and have the on-screen order confirmation ready if possible (if you don't have it, we will still find your order!)

UPDATING MY ACCOUNT

A: If you're an Acklands-Grainger account holder, contact our Customer Care Team to add a new account or update the information of your existing account.

As a Guest you can checkout with some basic address details and a credit card. If you decide to register, you don't need an Acklands-Grainger account to do so and you can register for online purchases only. Guest users can change their address details directly within their online account.

A: As a registered user, once you're logged-in you can change your email and password under My Account - Login Options. Changing your email in Login Options will update your contact email, and login credentials.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

A: As a registered user, your full account order history will all be available online either through Order History or Previously Purchased Products, both of which have search options allowing you to search by product number, keyword, order number or PO Number. If you cannot find the item online, it's possible your Administrator has restricted the Order History view to online orders only. If this is the case, contact our Customer Care Team to help find the item for you at:
